Will try to keep you working when their contract expires by moving you to a new job site.

Will not guarantee same pay if they move you to a new job site. You could get a significant pay cut.

Advice to Senior Management

Get to know your employees better; what they are capable of, strong points and weak points, so that if you have to let people go, you don't let the wrong ones go.

Pros

Training, training is one of the main essentials that going for the company, it needs to expand even further to be more site specific in compliance with the vendor.

Cons

There's to much nepotism, no matter how much you try and try to work around it and even if you bring it up to management awareness ........they give you that "dare headlight look".

Advice to Senior Management

NO FRATERNIZATION with you employees! Keep it professional! On and OFF from the work site, it doesn't take much for someone or anyone to notice when your not professing who you are and don't forget who you WORK for, keep in mind who are you are representing.......look at the big picture.........be professional and you'll get your respect.
