Pros – a good place for study and a good place for living since the short distance from downtown. the research resource center makes it possible for you to carry out some "expensive" experiments

Cons – living cost around it is high that is the only cons you may want to concern comparing to the college cities.

-The hours you work re flexible around your lifestyle
-Working nights was not bad
-Close to the UIC campus
-People do not know how long your breaks are...you can do whatever you want most the time

Cons – -People you work with are not very smart
-Sometimes felt like I could do a better job than upper management
-Nowhere fo really move up in the business
-Did not feel fully utilized at work

Advice to Senior Management – -Show respect to the employees who actually do the hard work. Most the time you do not even know what you are doing in the first place.
