Pros
A stable company for those who like to work at his/her own pace. Compensation by age rather than performance, rewarding for those who stick with the company.
Cons
Next to 0 opportunity for growth. Poor management filled with incompetent people out of touch with the world. Expect long working hours to get anything done.
Advice to Senior Management
Try to figure out a way to deal with the communication gap between management and employees. Be careful in reviewing the qualification of candidates.
