Pros – If anyone is looking for a relatively quiet work environment, this place is good. it does get busy at end of fiscal periods, but work itself is never that sophisticated for non-engineering people.
Cons – Decisions are made very slow, so those who have aspirations for hard work often get discouraged. Performance is not necessarily rewarded, if you are not part of the right click of people. Highly political and not a lot of opportunities to move up.
Advice to Senior Management – Decisions must be made faster during challenging times. Also, management should not decide their future track based on favoritism. This company needs better resource on market research. Lack of long term plans and visions is the reason why this company lost so much opportunities in the new technology
Pros – A stable company for those who like to work at his/her own pace. Compensation by age rather than performance, rewarding for those who stick with the company.
Cons – Next to 0 opportunity for growth. Poor management filled with incompetent people out of touch with the world. Expect long working hours to get anything done.
