    I worked at UMC as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

    1. Colleagues are super nice, willing to instruct you as much as they can.
    2. Manager also provided constructive suggestions and feedbacks to intern projects.
    3. Guaranteed housing for interns living outside Tainan.

    Cons

    1. Not all of the employees are enthusiastic with their work.
    2. Lengthy meeting and they often can't reach a conclusion.

    Pros

    coworkers are friendly and hard working towards their job. Meetings were human and timeefficient. Company organized to provide lunch and break schedule

    Cons

    some equipments can be updated. Few of the human testin can be automized and save resources. Hard to move up the ladder

    Considerable OT pay if your department allow OT.
    Chinese environment, a pros for people don't speak good English.
