    Pros

    The company that could balance your work and life.

    Cons

    The salary and bonus are not so good, but not that bad if compare to tradition industry.

    Advice to Management

    Try to open mind to talk with your employees. Most of them are good, but you just don't know how to inspire them, encourage them to make things going better to better.

    Pros

    1. Colleagues are super nice, willing to instruct you as much as they can.
    2. Manager also provided constructive suggestions and feedbacks to intern projects.
    3. Guaranteed housing for interns living outside Tainan.

    Cons

    1. Not all of the employees are enthusiastic with their work.
    2. Lengthy meeting and they often can't reach a conclusion.

    market pay, high workload, very little work life balance

    Cons

    managers are not cappable, a lot of politics

    Pros

    Relative higher pay compare to companies in same industry.
    Considerable OT pay if your department allow OT.
    Chinese environment, a pros for people don't speak good English.

    Cons

    High pressure during full loading season.
    Longer working hours compare to other companies in same industry.

    No personal growth road map provided to fresh employees, management level not focus on real training.

    The pros were a great work schedule

    The cons were all of the drama that circled the place an how uncomfortable i felt being at work
