    Pros

Allow to study while working. This job is easy, not many people ask about computer problems. It's a great job for students who want to focus on studying

    Cons

It is a little bit boring because you mainly sit there without doing anything. It's minimum wage

    Advice to Management

The manager is very nice and two supervisor are nice too. One of supervisor does not talk much and is not very friendly

The graduate student pay is not on par with some of the other universities in the midwest.

    Pros

Connected to the MU system, benefits package, retirement plan

    Cons

Poor pay when considering workload. Inequity in pay rates. Salary increases cause increase in service fees. Unbalanced approach

    Advice to Management

Do not keep increasing campus service prices to employees without increasing salaries.

    Pros

This position flexible in both schedule and time management. It has helped me make connections with key people at UMKC. If you are self-motivated, this position may fit nicely into your lifestyle.

    Cons

There are scare opportunities for advancement. The work environment is very redundant. The compensation is pathetic. Certain supervisors seem to have little imagination or drive to be successful.

    Advice to Management

Schedule more employees to work together at any given time. This will help promote job satisfaction and a positive culture.

    Pros

Latitude to choose course content and material.

    Cons

It is an angry, politically charged workplace. You must watch your back at every turn because every imaginable obstruction will present itself. There is no management. The students rate the professors and turnover is incredible.

    Advice to Management

Manage. You have heard the old adage, "the prisoners are controlling the prison?" Well, this is the case here.

    Pros

Flexible hours, friendly employees, and a professional work atmosphere that lead me to have a good experience. I have no real complaints.

    Cons

The position was minimum wage which is no one's ideal pay, but it was an overall fun job to work at. It was fast paced and kept you moving.

    Advice to Management

I don't have any advice to the management. I think they run a good organization. I would say just to try to push to purchase new equipment for the gym
