    Pros

As a staff member, you will have access to top quality, advanced tools and state of the art technology.

    Cons

Surprisingly, medical benefits are not great. The benefits are expensive as well as the co-pays and deductibles.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Executive management are almost inaccessible to middle management and below. There are limited avenues for communication to executive management staff, outside of cold-calling or emailing.

    I worked at UPMC

    Pros

I loved working with younger age group at community treatment team

    Cons

There is too much micro managing and if you don't conform to administration and favorite coworkers. They will find a way to terminate your job or encourage you to get out of job. There are lazy people that don't want to work and administration will throw work to worker bees

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I would never encourage anyone to work for community treatment team. You are suppose to get work completed during week which is impossible. This program is like a cult if you don't follow what they want you to do you are not treated fairly
