    Pros

    The company really invest in their employees to help them grow in their career. Great perks working at URS. Offices are nice as well. Great opportunity to obtain diverse experience working on a broad range of projects

    Cons

    Office environment is terrible. Morale needs alot of work. Maybe more company events. Benefits are not as good as competitors. That goes for pay as well. Not much room to advance within the company

    Open discussions with supervisors. Good training ground for junior engineers and scientists. Multiple opportunities to travel all over the world. Good network of like-minded professionals.

    Cons

    Workload can be tough on juniors. Overly rigid IT policies in some offices. Policies not enforced consistently. Uneven distribution of computer resources. Bad cell phone options for business. Training on project financial procedures lacking.
