Advice to Senior Management
Remove the beauracracy. It impedes motivation

The people are very professional and a great reason to show up to work. The flexibiity of the work schedule is outstanding. Prior to governmenrt cuts civil servicde was one of the more stable organizations.
Cons
Government cuts decrease stability, not worth lower salary
Pros
We get free healthcare and great benefits. Housing and food is paid for. Recognition is given where it is due. Advancement is based on your own abilities and knowledge of the job
Cons
It may be difficult for lower ranks with bigger families to make ends meet at times. Food pay does not change based on dependents, so no dependents or three dependents have the same amount of money allotted for food. Management has a lack of communication at times.
Advice to Senior Management
Please think of how certain decisions will affect everyone, not just yourself and people around you. All in all not really any complaints
Pros
Service to your country and honor.
Cons
Poor preparation for your next career.
Pros
you can get to do some really cool things for your country!! Experiences are above anything else out there. great travel and dealing with weapons of imaginable power are just a few things you can experience
Cons
sometimes you will be called upon to support potentially unpopular events around the world. living conditions around the world can be described as squaller, without a doubt! If you can deal with this, you are good to go!
Advice to Senior Management
i would suggest that leaders listen to their people and practice what they preach. often times they provide great lip service, but that is about it.
