    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to employees instead of just encouraging ideas which are dismissed. Things go down the chain of command very quickly while communication up the chain is anything but quick unless when already in crisis mode. Do not be afraid to hear bad news. Do not shoot the messenger.
