    Long hours can be draining. There are times where mid and higher management do not engage their junior fellowship or lead the way that they should

    Pros

    The benefits such as guaranteed health care, steady income, and housing allowance.

    Cons

    Sometimes the things you have to put up with aren't worth the benefits. Promotions are not job based. "Upper management" are people straight out of college most of the time, with no military experience.

    Change the promotion requirements to include your job and how proficient you are at it.
