    It is good place to learn but donot exprct fairness in the hiring process

    ConsI heard other VA hospitals are better but the Miami Hospital is not fair in the hiring process.

    Advice to Senior ManagementThis is mostly related to the Miami VA Hospital since they do hiring internally, I would tell them to hire more qualified personnel

    Terrible place to work
