    Pros

Great stability. I have earned and cultivated a job skill and built an impressive résumé. Good salary. Great educational benefits. Great team work and made lifelong friendships.

    Cons

Moving every three to four years can make it tough on spouses and children. The business of being a Marine can be tough on your body.

    Pros

You'll make lifetime friends and make memories that you cant make with anyone as a civilian.

    Cons

It's the military. Low pay. More cleaning than you can imagine. Room inspections every week, constantly sweeping and mopping common areas. All worth it though

I have been working at US Marine Corps full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

You get what you earn. If you put forth the effort you'll usually get rewarded.

    Cons

Sometimes you can work with overbearing individuals with huge egos who demand the world and give nothing in rewards for your efforts. You may have to go to war.

I have been working at US Marine Corps full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Over the past 4 years, i've had the distinct opportunity to wear the cloth of our nation and serve as an active duty Marine. Throughout this time, i've learned the true benefit of a hard days work and met some of the best people i've ever known

    Cons

Very long hours, lack of balance between work and personal time, lots of wasted time that could be otherwise be useful and beneficial to the mission.

    Pros

The paycheck is steady and will always be there. Benefits both during and after service are unmatchable and you will learn a variety of skills that will impact your future career opportunities.

    Cons

The initial training process is rough, but necessary. Your time isn't rea your time. This job can be really rough on family.

I worked at US Marine Corps

    Pros

Literally unbound opportunities. So much resources available for you to improve your self, be it professional or personal development. If you got what it takes, the military will become your stepping stone to reach your next goals.

    Cons

Literally unbound opportunities. The military is not a place for the weak willed, if you have no strong core value and discipline or the initiative to improve your self and always just do the bare minimum then you will have wasted your time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

None, military is a thousand years old profession, keep the tradition.
