    Pros

Possibly lead to a 6 figure job on the civilian side. Great opportunities for technician spots for full time military Great people if you hold a job that required a high academic score to secure

    Cons

A lot of your support members are difficult to work with due to lack of education Headquarters units rarely support the weekend workforce Promotions are done by seniority rather than the soldiers leadership qualities.

    Advice to Management

Reward and promote people based on leadership qualities rather than seniority
