    Pros

If you have a positive attitude and know that things will suck from time to time, it is a great experience. I've gotten to see the world and have gotten more training than I could have ever imagined.

    Cons

At times, you will work with people that really don't care about the principles and tradition the Navy was built on. When you run into these people, don't let them drag you down.

    Advice to Management

Please weed out the bad apples. Recruiters are constantly bringing in people that don't have what it takes to become a sailor, or that lack the discipline that is required to live the life of a sailor.
