Current Employee – been working at US Supreme Court

Pros-great work/life balance
-lots of time off
-very flexible and work environment is good (everyone get their own office)

Cons-advancement is hard to come by unless you're willing to relocate to the East coast (DC)
-paid are not base on merit, it's base on length of service.

Advice to Senior ManagementPaid people base on the level of difficulties of their job not because they have been around for a long time.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
