Current Employee – been working at US Supreme Court
Pros – -great work/life balance
-lots of time off
-very flexible and work environment is good (everyone get their own office)
Cons – -advancement is hard to come by unless you're willing to relocate to the East coast (DC)
-paid are not base on merit, it's base on length of service.
Advice to Senior Management – Paid people base on the level of difficulties of their job not because they have been around for a long time.
