“Overall decent place to work during/ just out of college”
I worked at USA Track & Field
Pros – If you love sports, especially running its a great place. Lots of former athletes working for them. They are qualified jobs and lots of room to move up.
Cons – Heavily rely on bright internships, pay is decent. But the jobs required are pretty tough jobs. To get picked as an applicant you must be very qualified and expect to be underpaid for your contribution s.
Advice to Senior Management – Hard to say. Lower management runs the show.

“Excellent organization to learn and develop professionally”
I have been working at USA Track & Field
Pros – Great opportunity to work and travel to different running events, Co-Workers are a joy to work with, Great deal on USATF Merchandise
Cons – Small office lessens the opportunity for promotion, job growth and development in the organization. Directors must manage a lot of tasks due to small office, creating overwhelming workload for them.
