Pros

They treat their employees very well. They always have some reason to celebrate and hand out free food or throw an office party during work. We've thrown water balloons at managers, had paper airplane contests, consistently have casual wear dress code (jeans and t-shirt) due to our contributions to united way, I love how courteous we are trained to be toward all members, especially military servicemen and women.

Cons

The pay is only at or maybe slightly below the median for the position. (tons of really good benefits offset this).

You guys are doing a pretty good job.

Benefits - at the time paid full college education; on campus coffee cart, store, bank, clinic, free flu shots; community feeling.

Constant layoffs; high quota expectations; telephone monitoring, poor morale.

I had a pretty good manager, but many of the managers are too strict with employees - some employees feel like they can't leave their phones to use the restroom without being disciplined.
