    A good place to work.

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsDiverse yet compatible staff. Management is appreciative and tries to keep the work interesting and fun.

ConsCompetitive industry, constant changes, not always for the better.

Starts off great and quickly turns horrible.

Varied (Former Employee) New York, NY

ProsLooks good on a resume and the owner occasionally picks a "favorite" to shower with raises etc.

Cons-Owner micro-manages, has disdain for salespeople and tactics
-No HR means the owner can say things about people's personality, family life etc. without regard for what is appropriate in the workplace or even socially acceptable
-constantly changing and nonsensical comp plans, reorganization etc.
-Owner/CEO treats people like absolute dirt on a dime, calls random meetings about nothing and throws absolute tantrums when somebody disagrees with him
-High turnover rate. They'd rather hire people who require less money than compensate fairly people who have put in time and work
-Success is based on being a total yes man to a guy with a Napoleon complex
-understaffed in IT and other depts means some parts of the company barely work when employees are out on vacation etc

Advice to Senior ManagementGive things time to work, create actual marketing materials, create a legitimate training program

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
