“Political Correctness Gone Potty”
Current Employee – been working at USC Education Savings Plans
Pros – There is a good balance between work and life.
Cons – There is definitely a circle of entitlement at USC and unless you're from an eastern block country don't expect anything good to happen for you.
Their computer systems are among worst in the industry.
Advice to Senior Management – Management needs to focus on what is good for the company and care less for using smoke and mirror tactics to hide their incompetence.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
