    Lacking Professionalism and Ethics

Account Manager (Current Employee) Bentonville, AR

    ProsGood US HQ location
    Interesting ideas

    ConsLack of professionalism
    Very unethical business practices
"Sell your soul to make the deal" mentality
If you are not in the " inner circle" good luck
Sr. Management should actually be somewhat qualified to do the job - don't hire former recruiters - total joke
    Lacking process
    Really poor communication skills
They never tell you the full story - shady
    HR- whatever!

Advice to Senior ManagementFigure it out - total circus the clients like you only because you have cheap staffing, nothing more

Lot of opportunities, but management lacks guts and compensation is not up to the mark.

Systems Analyst (Current Employee) Bentonville, AR

ProsQuality of work is good most of the times.
Most of the time, work is decent enough to maintain work-life balance, but estimation is usually very poor, which ends up in a lot of extra hours.

ConsEither too much or too little work load, depends on one's luck.
Management (top to bottom) can't handle pressure, which in turn is placed on the resources.

Advice to Senior ManagementImprove planning, estimation and transparency.

    Low pay for low expectations

Project Manager (Current Employee) Bentonville, AR

ProsAs long as you are willing to bill more than you actually work, management will give affirmation when you exaggerate your efforts to the client.  You can collect your paycheck while giving little effort and have an easy way to lengthen your tenure in IT.

ConsNo mentoring, no growth, and very few technical experts.  Subject matter experts are rarely promoted and rarely give accolades because they are shifted from project to project to often.  UST does not repay expenses.  You will spend about 2 to 3 thousand dollars a year in order to stay in the good graces of management.

Advice to Senior ManagementTry transforming your employees lives for the better, not for the worse.

Not a good place to work

Senior Software Engineer (Current Employee) Bentonville, AR

Prosgood co-workers.That all i can say. Sometimes you will get some time for your career development side. This depends on the account where you work.

ConsNo more a employee friendly , which was used to be once. Crap HR policies. No Hike in onsite and offshore. you can grow if you know polities. People doing their job are not at all recognized. They will always mentioned about their values and culture. But actually they don't know the exact meaning of those things.there are lots of things to be mentioned. But i need a day to write those. So i am finishing up now.

Advice to Senior ManagementTry to resolve the issue mentioned in Cons area. i still remember the company was employee friendly, gave good exposure in Technology side and also followed the values and culture. Please try to follow that again.

My one year at UST-Global has been rewarding and enjoyable

Advisory Consultant/Subject Matter Expert (Current Employee) Bentonville, AR

ProsWith quick growth of the company comes quick growth for good employees within the company. They listen to your views and suggestions and nowhere have I seen innovation so fostered and well sponsored.

ConsGrowing pains. Some administrative issues of an immature company. Hiring and HR are weak and not in sync with USA culture and practices.

Advice to Senior ManagementCompletely revamp HR from top to bottom and rethink hiring practices - especially the concept of drastically low-balling each and every hire.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
