    Pros

people are good. Not much "politics".And if you want to settle in Kerala and have a retirement life this is the best company you can choose.

    Cons

It is full of cons..No Proper compensation/ No timely Bonus, No proper Hikes, No proper support staffs. No Medical facility for spouse/parents. No Proper Management. No stability in the account/project(you can be thrown out at any time). No value for hard work or whatsoever.

    Pros

    1) Flexible work only in the prod. support.
    2) Very good environment.

    Cons

    1) Too far from hometown until you are keralite or Tamilian.
    2) No transfers.
    3) Malayali regional feeling is too much.
    4) Higher management is very much partial to malayalis.
    5) No new clients from 2014-15 fiscal year.
    6) No hikes. For 2014 year hikes were given on Sept 2014 which is a cheap practice so that employers wont leave the company in the months of April to September.
    7) Too much politics at higher management level.
    8) Contracts are treated very very cheaply.
My advice is choose this company if you have no offer in hand and you are in need of job. But don't ask for Trivandrum location although they will sometimes tempt you with more salary.

    Advice to Management

Please treat all your employers equally. Don't show regional feelings and give some transfers.

Good work life balance. Reasonably good pay package. Plenty of client locations and great onsite opportunities.
Technical skills are secondary - its about $$

    Cons

If you are in tech support, it can get a bit hectic.
If you are coming from a product development company, you may not like it here.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.
