  5. Good company, but all good people are leaving. That's a shame. And those who have left are those who built the company.

    Pros

Good company, but all good people are leaving. That's a shame. And those who have left are those who built the company.

    Cons

Management style is sporadic at best. Strong sense of favoritism to those who've been there longest; very few non-Indian nationals in management positions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Begin spreading the wealth. Give spot bonuses to those making the most difference in the company. Make salaries more equitable.

    Pros

If you talk about the Pros - I got a single which It is having fixed Salary breakup so whatever is shown in your offer that is all you get.

    Cons

hmmm...let me start with one by one -
    1. Outsourced employee are like machines who are there for earning money for UST and will not be ask for return favor from company.
    2. Management will not listen anything from you whatever you are suffering at Client site. Client comes First for them
    3. If you want release from any project, they will not give, If they do , You can see your next appraisal with 0% in coming cycle.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please care your employee whether that is working for your project or your client.

    Pros

    Paid Training in software development.

    Cons

Hard work did not pay off people received better job offers that did nothing during the program. Management(SIUA) was not supportive and were very disrespecting and belittled people constantly.
    LOW PAY

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat the graduates with respect and understand that all of us are not new to the corporate world. I believe the CEO has a great vision but somewhere down the chain of command they lost his vision.

    Pros

Pay is only thing they have to attract.,nothing else comes into mind

    Cons

Strict dress code (gng back to school again).,20% of salary is deducted in name of different tactics which an engineer doesn't know.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Change your dress code policy., make room for better people than guys with micro mind to micro manage things.
