    Pros

They will have the decency to allow you to recover once you are run through the grinder

    Cons

Management does not believe or trust anyone. Bad mouths the client. Will work you on 2 accounts and ask you to bill 90 hours a week (45 each). They do not care if you do the work. As long as you bill the client, management will pin the work to someone else. So, do not be the reliable "someone else".

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn to keep the work you have by delivering. Then you will not have to work as hard selling new clients.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I have been working at UST Global full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

I wish I had an appropriate positive comment. If you are fresh out of college and you need to get your feet wet, this is a good place to start so that in the future, you will know what not to do.

    Cons

There is no such thing as work/life balance unless you live at the office and never turn off your phone and computer. Nepotism, racism, poor salaries, and questionable morals leads to a demoralized staff unless you are one of the chosen few.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Clean house from the top down.

Current Employee - Senior Leader in Dallas, TX

I have been working at UST Global full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

One or two great leaders who have been dismissed and replaced with foreign individuals after 6 months and the use of their years of personal contacts and relationships. Obvious undermining mental thoughts, especially behind closed doors. Want to take advantage of the US industry and send it home. Direct quote from senior leaders.

    Cons

Destructive to senior leadership and their careers. Use people for all the wrong reasons and could care less about new employees until they steal all of your contacts and business relationships. Only interested in getting new contracts via unscrupulous means. Scary and damaging all the way around.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

All broken promises, no depth and truth in their sales.

    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
