I have been working at UST Global full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

One or two great leaders who have been dismissed and replaced with foreign individuals after 6 months and the use of their years of personal contacts and relationships. Obvious undermining mental thoughts, especially behind closed doors. Want to take advantage of the US industry and send it home. Direct quote from senior leaders.

    Cons

Destructive to senior leadership and their careers. Use people for all the wrong reasons and could care less about new employees until they steal all of your contacts and business relationships. Only interested in getting new contracts via unscrupulous means. Scary and damaging all the way around.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

All broken promises, no depth and truth in their sales.

I worked at UST Global as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

    None and None None None

    Cons

Do not waste your time as it is a typical desi company, where the hardwork is done by individual contributors and the credit is taken by leads. Especiallly do not work in Richmond VA. The guys who call themselves leads are no good than paper weights. Just useless.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make sure you hire right people to do the right things. Poor leadership and guidance

I have been working at UST Global full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Great working atmosphere, open door policy, enough opportunities are also present for those willing to try. Senior Managers are willing to listen to your concerns. Good work life balance and freedom, albeit may vary project to project

    Cons

Growth in the company is quite centred on your relationship with your manager. A few processes around that would help remove favoritism or other unfair dependencies. Room for improvement in terms of perks etc.

I have been working at UST Global full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

They gives good pay and have good client. They gives you opportunities to learn and provide the training

    Cons

You can grow only if you are from Kerla/Chennai background. Trainers are management's favorite employees who just waste your time and they waste companies money also.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Judge the people from their skills, not from their language.

    Pros

Understanding management, reward for recognition ( I was made an architect with just 5 years of experience since they give preference to work being performed than number of years).

    Cons

Less than the current market compensation

  10.

I worked at UST Global full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Good place to learn lot things in life!!

    Cons

This is the first company in my life where an HR literally threatens an employee for asking an experience verification letter!! Please don't work for these people!! You will be screwed!!

Some managers are doing nothing but cheating the reportee in many ways. No salary hikes!!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please don't treat employees badly!! You guys are making drastic money from client as the employee is working hard. Please do an anonymous survey within employees.. You will understand their problems !!
