    Pros

They gives good pay and have good client. They gives you opportunities to learn and provide the training

    Cons

You can grow only if you are from Kerla/Chennai background. Trainers are management's favorite employees who just waste your time and they waste companies money also.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pros

Good place to learn lot things in life!!

    Cons

This is the first company in my life where an HR literally threatens an employee for asking an experience verification letter!! Please don't work for these people!! You will be screwed!!

Some managers are doing nothing but cheating the reportee in many ways. No salary hikes!!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please don't treat employees badly!! You guys are making drastic money from client as the employee is working hard. Please do an anonymous survey within employees.. You will understand their problems !!

    Pros

    Great company to be
    a) If you are a technologist
    b) If you want the company to fund your certifications (terms & conditions apply. You should be in the good books)

    Cons

    a) A great place to be if you
       i) want your spouse to work in the next cube to yours
ii) like to climb ladder through favoritism than hard work
iii) want off the books timeoffs
iv) like to work 15 hours / day and not be bothered about the pay.
    b) Politics .
    c) Great technical people underutilized and abused.
    d) Middle Level Managers screw up the deliveries
    e) More powerpoints than deliveries.
     f) Offshore driven ,hence onsite teams will get enough opportunities to do "Just In Time" deliveries.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

"Dress code doesn't attract business , quality of deliverable does".

    Pros

Understanding management, reward for recognition ( I was made an architect with just 5 years of experience since they give preference to work being performed than number of years).

    Cons

Current Employee - Senior Systems Analyst in Richmond, VA

I have been working at UST Global full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Designate one to Delivery manager/client partner if you stay with UST for few years even he/she is not a right fit

    Cons

Kidding me? HR? Managers? where they came from?Started in 1999 and still the head count not crossed 4 digits and not a process oriented company yet says it all

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

As others mentioned here, the entire senior management should change. I am coming from CTS with 15 years of experience and surprised by seeing the senior management hierarchy. An associate if continues to be with UST for 7 or 8 years , he/she will be a account manager or delivery manager just by designation and no productivity. And they won’t allow others to grow. I am designated as a lead under band B which is comparatively what I was doing 8 years before. Why I joined this company? Cuz I was laid off from precious company and no other go. Don’t trust to someone who claims as manager, they all sucks and born liars….Those who have career aspiration stay away from this company…

I have been working at UST Global full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Good work environment (if you happen to be on the right team)
    Flexible hours
    Lot of internal trainings
Multiple locations and clients to work with

    Cons

    No perks
Hikes are intermittent and sub standard
Lower than industry standard pay scale
Not very transparent about company policies and processes

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Increase the pay scale. Make it atleast match 90% of industry standards.
You guys are ripping off old timers who have joined and grown with this company.
Their pay scale is really low compared to jump-shippers who join as laterals.
We guys have been faithful and meticulous in the company's growth but what we get is peanuts.
