    On campus which is very helpful if you are a full time student and even better if you live on campus too!
    Flexible Hours
    Great Staff/Faculty willing to help you learn everything

    I have been working at UT Dallas

    Pros

    Growing university, lots of working position will be coming soon. Great research lab and research team. Nice living and working surroundings.

    Cons

    This is a growing university. so, there are a lot of construction in campus. Sometimes, the lab building experience a electric shut down with no notice ahead.

    As a grader, I get to help students improve their coding skills and better implement their projects.

    Tution reimbursment
    very flexible schedule
    Same location for school and work
    work with world class Ph.Ds

    Cons

    Many weeks require more than 20 hours of work though it is technically a 20hr job
    No recognition for achievement
    No chance for promotion

    Pros

    Not a difficult position. Grading is straight forward and the amount of time spent on grading is not very much.

    Cons

    Some professors can be very difficult to work worth. Payment is less than ideal. Having medical benefits would be nice.

    A bit more compensation would be nice and beneficial.
