Pros – The pay is decent, the hours are very flexible for student workers, and the people are incredibly nice and friendly. Lots of times when no calls are coming in and you have time to do homework or study.
Cons – The help desk gets pretty tedious and some of the people you talk to can be incredibly frustrating. All in all though, it is a very rewarding job that is a lot of fun.
