ProsThe pay is decent, the hours are very flexible for student workers, and the people are incredibly nice and friendly. Lots of times when no calls are coming in and you have time to do homework or study.

ConsThe help desk gets pretty tedious and some of the people you talk to can be incredibly frustrating. All in all though, it is a very rewarding job that is a lot of fun.

ProsIt is a good place to work for. Beautiful campus, modern facility, nice people to work with. There are many interesting activities, free concerts and shows. The neighborhood is nice.

ConsKind of heavy workload. Usually need to work more than 8 hours a day to finish the assigned tasks. Salary is not good. It is often very hard to find the parking space on campus.
