    Pros

If you were successful at your old job, and they want you, they'll pay top dollar.

    Cons

But once you get in, you have to deal with all the politics to actually get things done. Your job could be in danger after a few months.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pros

Good Co-workers with a hope to better their work environment

    Cons

Mgmt can not be trusted and full of false promises. No healthy relationship between the mgmt and employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Very unprofessional mgmt. The Senior Management Team for Finance Transformation based in Portland is a group of clueless management look after their own benefits. Never has a clue to be a leadership team. No one can be trusted and a directionless leaders. Highly arrogant, dictorial leadership which makes the wrong decision to lead the company into woods. Wake up and lay off these inefficient mgmt and save this public limited company from these private destoryers!!!

    Pros

    Hmm can't think of any.

    Cons

Top heavy - too many executives who don't know what the other is doing. VP for PDX is running business in to the ground.HR isn't ever around no support to go to when you need assistance, employees are leaving due to over worked life style. 24/7 is your schedule as they are on a hiring freeze due to budget constraints. They have laid off over 200 people in the last 2 months and 500 in 2014.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Find a new leader for the Transformation and someone who will listen to the people who are still there.

    Pros

really nothing...sad but true. Hate to see such a terrible ending to the fairytale story.

    Cons

Senior Management...at least CEO left but he won--ran another company in the ground, walked away with millions. Once Big 3 got rich, they did the same. Now still another bad one left. Ron Berger, part of Kirchners team, useless and just trying to get another big payday after fooling people of his big plans to have one system...that one system has cost many people their jobs, their retirement, but made the Team Kirchner rich. what a joke. they are good at this scam

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

start over or get lost. You have built nothing to last, only to make a few wealthy. To all those who fought to build the company, now you have turned your back. Remember, regardless of all your guilty giving to charity now, you will still face the day when you have to explain how you hurt so many others. Facts are hard to read, but only you know exactly what you have done.
