I have been working at Ubisoft Emea full-time for more than a year

    Pros

A very relaxed place to work, decent benefits.

    Cons

Awful salary, ridiculous company policies regarding promotion and pay raise, low quality work due to low expectance from people and low standards.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest in your people and don't let the valuable ones leave because you can't pay them a competitive salary. Be flexible, competitve, and allow the best people to thrive, not the weak and lazy ones. Last but not least, encourage and motivate people. But... truly find ways to do that, don't treat it as a phrase that sounds good, find ways to implement this phrase in real life.
