Pros

- creative environment oriented towards innovation and respect of developers & projects
- respectful relationships between managment & employees
- good personal package : health, vacation...

Cons

- central (HQ) services are slow and inefficient
- lots of bad competence in mid managment
- poor career managment

Advice to Senior Management

Ubisoft should invest in its growth by placing right people in right places ; improve its mid management by promoting proved professionnals and evince familiar practices.
Ubisoft should avoid hush decisions guided by quick & easy profit and give priority to hq products
Ubisoft should limit opening structures around the world without quality projects associated.

Ubisoft is a very dynamic company, which gives time for self-development and innovation. Their motto is "Give a second chance" which is great to leverage teams's creativity?

Cons

Ubisoft is growing very fast, organisation is sometimes unclear. But nevertheless, it succeeds!
