Pros – Pay is better than some communications companies.
Cons – High turnover in management. When one manager quits they just promote the nearest body without any consideration toward qualifications. Due to the total lack of documented processes, new policies are put into place almost daily and forgotten just as fast. Every new policy is just a knee jerk reaction to a problem that never would have happened if they would just create a plan and stick with it.
Advice to Senior Management – Be more selective in your hiring process. Have less tolerance for employees who do not perform.

Cons – There is no standard procedure in place. You have inexperiences staff getting promotion and earning salary higher than management....
