“A great short-term, part-time job to help you advance in the future”
Current Employee – been working at Ulta
Pros – Fun while someone is still in school, 25% discount, meet new people, salon discounts, seeing new make-up products before anyone else.
Cons – Annoying customers, tedious tasks and sorting through millions of small products, no room for advancement, minimum pay, hard work isn't recognized
Advice to Senior Management – Strong management would make the company run more smoothly. If employees get more incentives and gratis, then we would be more likely to perform more efficiently.
