Great schedule flexibility. Very nice staff that have experience in valet parking. On job training support. Professional attire and dry cleaning.

Cons

Takes a while to get to some of the better tip paying locations. Some alets have been there forever

Keep up good work and focus on team capabilities

Pros

There is good money to be made here if you are willing to sacrifice your time and willing to get caught scamming. There are opportunities to move up in the company as they like to promote from within, but don't expect a promotion unless you are willing to suck up to the senior management.

Cons

The management is absolutely terrible. There is no transparency between management and the valets. Communication is lacking. You also must be wiling to put up with customers who feel they are god's gift to this earth and no matter what you do it will never be enough.

Advice to Senior Management

Quit and get a new job because your incompetent.
