“I would go back anytime”
I worked at Ultramar
Pros – Had plenty of work related to my position. Learned a lot of new skills and added very important addition to my skillset
Cons – After my contract was over, I got offered a position within the same department, which I was excited about, but some manager from another department needed my labor "much more" and was transfered to that department. I hated what I was doing, and had to come with an agreement with the manager to break contract.
Advice to Senior Management – Leadership in this company is amazing. People take their responsibilities. Couple of incompetent managers got fired for every employee's sake.
