Former Employee – worked at Umove Free full-time for more than a year
Pros – Can wear jeans, set your own schedule, had benefits (insurance, vacation, sick time), younger management, owners act as the managers and are actually involved in the day to day operation of the company.
Cons – Low pay, unrealistic goals that cause your pay to be reduced if you do not meet them, only way to get a raise is to exceed your goals, speculation that leads are cherry picked, the favorites are able to give leads back they do not want
Trashy employees, cliques, tons of office gossip -- reminds you of high school with everyone talking bad about everyone behind their backs
Advice to Senior Management – Develop a system that divides up the leads without ANYONE seeing them, consider increasing commission splits and/or truly adjusting the sales goals to market conditions

Current Employee – been working at Umove Free full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Treated fairly
The pay is good for the current economy
Office is centrally located, easy to get to from either Dallas or Fort Worth
Cons – Some trashy employees, including racists and homophobes (as-is probably the case with any company that has more than 50 employees)
No independence
Micro-management
Advice to Senior Management – Find a way to increase employ moral and loyalty. It's a stressful environment, and small things can go a long way. Show the people (in all departments) that you have that they're appreciated.

Current Employee – been working at Umove Free
Pros – The job is reliable and steady only If you are willing to work hard and close deals very day. No dress code.
Cons – Every day sitting in a cubicle and calling for dollars. Low pay and reviews every month. They count your phone calls and emails. If you don't send enough emails or call enough people in a month they will dock your pay. You must make at an average of 1500 phone calls per month with the same number of emails.
Advice to Senior Management – Treat your employees better. Pay a higher commission and reward your employees.
