Pros
The pay here is great, while management will take care of you and treat you with great respect! If you work hard to make more elite employees look good, they will make you look good
Cons
Not much to complain about here, the only thing I find is that you have to get your shifts covered instead of asking off.
Advice to Senior Management
Definitelly continue with what you are doing, Groupon is a great way to increase head count and is very beneficial to guests and te company!
Pros
Great food, great reputation. Many opportunities for restaurant managers who even start at the lowest rungs of the restaurant hierarchy.
Cons
No pension plan or 401k. Long hours can tap into family and personal time.
Pros
Very organized management that work hard to improve customer experience.
Cons
The promotion system is heavily based on favoritism and has little correlation with actual talent, leading to unqualified leaders.
Pros
If you've never been a server before, this is the place to start. Very comprehensive training program. The food is expensive, so the check average is good.
For the most part advancement is performance based, so it's possible to move up very quickly.
Cons
Usually understaffed so there is a lot of pressure to pick up extra shifts.
Schedules are preset and never change so if you need a shift off it is up to you to get it covered. This can be a problem if you want to go on vacation since you can't request the time off.
Pros
Decent tips. I make an okay living working at Uncle Julio's
Cons
Unfriendly working environment. The people that work there are not great
Advice to Senior Management
None. I have no recommendations for the people who manage Uncle Julio's. It is not an amazing restaurant, it is not a career, it is a job; so frankly I don't care how they improve it.
Pros
Fast paced, high volume operations.
Cons
Management can be difficult and rude.
Advice to Senior Management
Open more to employee ideas, listen and be polite/respectful at all times.
Pros
Good salaries offered to executives.
Cons
Poor Management from Senior tier.

Pros
Uncle Julio's is a clean environment that cares about their customers and focuses on great service. The training is very intense and they make sure you are well prepared and know the menu. Managers encouraged team work and coworkers friendly and fun. It is a fast paced environment and it is easy to make a lot of money.
Cons
Management sometimes took rules and regulations to the extreme. For example we would get yelled at for leaning against the server station. We were rarely allowed to eat on the job if hungry, all order mistakes were thrown out. This was good for sanitation and customer service reasons, however it sometimes affected employ satisfaction.
Advice to Senior Management
Remember that your employees are human! Be flexible with some rules.
