Great opportunity to grow inside the company. Management is very fast on its decisions and its planned expansion is happenning at a very fast speed.

Cons

Low benefits compared to other banks. Merger with Itau bank brings in a different culture.

The merger with Itau has brought lots of changes. Needs to keep those who used to work in unibanco before the merger in mind.

Pros

This is a big company in Brazil and it´s bring visibility to people that works there.
It´s a stable job too.

Cons

It´s a disorganized company and systems are bad developed. Low qualification of people that works in IT area turn projects badly developed. Politics and bureaucracy make projects expensive and hard.

Advice to Senior Management

They have to study more and have a better technical skill and be less politician.
