Current Employee – been working at Unical Aviation full-time for less than a year
Pros – The job is not difficult and most of people with a college associate can do the job. Good start for entry-level job seeker.
In-person apply is highly recommended!
Cons – Many political issues, very low staring salary, and a few opportunity to move up.
Advice to Senior Management – Please care more on good/talented people and give them more chances to move up. Be cautious to slaughters.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
