    Swing and a miss !

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsWork-life balance, international experience, free 50 dollar product credit, and game room

ConsThere are 130 employees here at Unicity and the president, CEO, CFO, and other directors don't care about anyone else. In fact, the president didn't even know a four year running employee's first name. The 9,000 dollar family deductible for families and 5,000 for individuals with high premium, lowest pay in the industry, tons of nepotism everywhere.

Advice to Senior ManagementKnow your hard working long time employees, retain talent and don't blow cash in poor performing markets.

    Odd Company

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Orem, UT

ProsFun work environment, nice work/life balance, great middle management

ConsTop level management is very religious and create an uncomfortable environment for those that aren't religious. For example, they hold company parties at Mormon churches and ask employees to say a prayer over food. I respect their beliefs, but the workplace is not the place to share them. Employees feel like they need to be a member of their faith to progress within the company.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Great people, questionable products, dishonest management

    Marketing/Operations (Current Employee) Orem, UT

ProsWorking with international team members and customers. Great people to work with. Reasonable pay. Tuition reimbursement. Fantastic operations group.

ConsQuestionable ethics in upper management team. Too much revenue dependant on very few markets. Management struggles to grow existing markets.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop listening to the unscupulous advice of the former-President. Streamline your product offering and obey the laws of the land in all the countries you do business in. Keep up the training programs for employees, that is a bright star.

    ConsOffice politics, disorganized at times.

A great place to get good experiences

    Accountant (Former Employee) Orem, UT

ProsGreat people to work with who are very smart and capable. My schedule was flexible and by boss was awesome.

ConsA lot of politics and mid-level management is often blamed and fired for upper management's mistakes.

Advice to Senior ManagementEvaluate the turnover rate at your company and take a second look at how you are treating your employees.

Unicity, a great place and improving

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Orem, UT

ProsThey are managed by good, honest people. The products work and there is freedom for creativity. It's easy to talk with management and the company is in a good spot right now. They are progressing well.

ConsIt seems there is much of "politics" at Unicity. Management sometimes chooses favorites and such. The company is not great, but getting better at making employees feel valued.

Advice to Senior ManagementThey are doing a great job and the best they know how, I believe. The more they listen to their employees and try to not micromanage, the more satisfaction I believe they will have and success in the company.

    Manager (Current Employee)

ProsIt's a work from home. Salary depends on "you", if you try hard and put lots of effort into it then you can earn a huge income!

Consyou have to sell (which some don't like). You have many others selling the same products, so to reduce your sales you'll need to spend lots on advertising.

Advice to Senior ManagementGreat job, customer service is outstanding, newsletter is interesting and informative and most of all- the conference calls provide you with all training necessary.
