Pros – - Good working conditions, fast computer, big modern office, fair sized desk, easy to commute
- Good employee community, employee union
- Good salary, compared to the country average

Cons – - Unbalanced workload, overtime and sometimes weekend work before deadlines
- Big, slow and elaborate company organization, constantly restructuring
- Sometimes they dont pay in time, and they don't care about this, they make excuses on inner rules and paperwork etc.
- Week knowledge management
- HR strategy is strange, they have some week emplyees and they don't change them

Advice to Senior Management – - They should care more about their employees
- They should take more seriously the contents of a contract
- They should hire better staff and fire week employees
