Pros

Good Company, Very good management. Facilities and Technology are very good. Good management at all levels in both manufacturing and sales. Management is very candid and open about the company, the market, and where the company is headed. Input is valued from all levels. From what I've seen Unifi cares about their people and does everything they can within reason that they can for their employees.

Cons

Very tough market. Downstream customers are going out of business or downsizing. Imports of finished goods are the main issue. Hard to see a turnaround in the business a this point. Specialty prooducts are very good and growing though.
