    Pros

Great place to work. Fair compensation and benefits. Since I was working at a Army based, I also got all Federal Holidays off paid!

    Cons

Personal growth opportunities were limited, since I was a contractor

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing!

    Pros

The physical atmosphere is nice - very modern and clean. And you get a birthday cake on your birthday.

    Cons

The company has very little structure/guidelines as to what it expects from employees. Many employees suddenly got terminated while I was there, creating an environment of great tension. Knowing that coworkers talk behind others' backs furthermore created an environment of mistrust. Lots of unhealthy competition. CEO/superiors resonate with corporate greed, very few family/moral values. No respect for outside obligations. No values.

    Advice to Management

Talk to your employees on a one-to-one basis. Listen to them. Be nicer and respectful. Don't yell at them or get flustered/frazzled. Be clear on your expectations. Don't threaten them with termination. Understand that people have families/hobbies/dreams/worries. Your business is your business - don't expect others to put their blood, sweat, and tears into your business if you don't treat them right. You will not get loyalty or be successful.
