Advice to Senior Management
Keep up the good work, It's a great place to work with many opportunities
Pros
Great pay fun place to work at
Cons
Union in place which made it hard sometimes. Upper management did not care as long as product was going out.
Advice to Senior Management
Talk to your employees. They do the jobs daily ask for their feedback.
Pros
Company is solid financially - too bad they closed the plant - not sure they understand the ice cream business now.
Cons
Too bad they closed the plant and consolidated operations. They lost their core ice cream knowledge and competence in manufacturing and marketing.
Pros
Professional attitude, training packages especially good company introduction, opportunities for development and promotion, various tools available actually supporting the job delivey.
Cons
High work intensity and stress for the delivery, high focus on sales and the brands, control over the delivery and tasks completion
Advice to Senior Management
It was a great pleasure to work with you, however more effective communication especially on topics related with non-sales areas would be helpful.
Pros
A multinational company with good HR practices and appraisal systems, where a graduate can learn a lot in his/her field. Additionally, the multi-departmental experience is very useful, where in most of the cases, managers are very supportive towards their subordinates and a lot of on-the-job training is conducted.
Cons
The atmosphere especially with the Unilever 1 project is not the best and nobody feels security. In addition, in order to move forward someone needs to have good relationships with the key persons and performance is not always the main reason.
Advice to Senior Management
Be more open to your employees, give correct opportunities, have a more meritocrat development system, and always cascade the information in a proper way
