I have been working at Unilever Pakistan full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Benefits are comparable to the best. Expect a lot of travel but you learn to love it. The support network is excellent and the Safety drills that nag you initially, are very satisfying when they come through.

    Cons

In Sales you pretty much give up your right to have your old life back. The competition is always stacking up so you need to be on the tip toes all the time. A high pressure job. Not for the weak hearted. Period.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take care of TMs. They need love, advice and most of all, good bi-annual bonuses. *not kidding*
