Good management. Good pension. Management understanding of people's needs. Fair wages. Good working conditions. Good team work with fellow colleagues

    Cons

Good work and life balance company culture. Benefits are good. Generally speaking, the working pace is good, not too slow not too fast. Good globalization between sites across the word.

    Cons

Too large middle-management level, extremely complex structure of management and reporting line. Too many stakeholders to employee and difficult and no time to concentrate on to deliver a high quality work.
