Pros
Laid back life, do or dont do the work u will still get your salary, absolute best place to retire
Cons
Pathetic HR, No growth, total mismatch between type of people and the jobs they do, Unions and Politics ruled bank, generation gap problem, Abusive language policy of Central Office and Regional Offices etc..
Advice to Senior Management
Please understand the fact that whatever policies you make are to be carried out by the lower mgmt staff. Hence treat them like HUMANS not ANIMALS. All your procedures and plans are more on the book than in reality.

Fairly democratic organization. Conservative in lending. Not impulsive.
Cons
No recognition. No leadership. Only the crying baby gets the milk.
Advice to Senior Management
More work on HR side required. Stop being abusive. Take the field functionaries into confidence
