    Management pushes you to do your best High standard, visually and for helping customers Friendly co-workers Good pay with frequent review-based increases Nice products Decent employee discount Very flexible scheduling

    Cons

    Wish the discount was better (Sometimes) Hard to meet the visual standard (i.e. folding/color arrangement) General "people problems" that you'd find in any other job (not really a con, just a fact of life)

    Great culture, Treated well by management, flexible in schedule, pay is good, pick up great life skills, company is great.

    Cons

    Nothing bad really, just dealing with heavy customer traffic on peak hours, but thats it

    Pros

    The job had good pay and good schedule. The area is good, the co-workers are nice, its always busy so the time passes by quick.

    Cons

    Long hours until closing, very pushy management. The managers are very rude and expect too much from there workers and such.

    Advice to Management

    Don't be so hard on the workers and have appreciation. Make schedules easier and have the worker leave at scheduled time.
