    Pros

    Friendly people Mixed culture creating multilingual environment Clean kitchen and bathrooms Training provided though background must have potential.

    Cons

    Very low pay + no raise after a year, your initial salary will be with you for a whole year. Option to pay for half of your health insurance which is deducted from your salary. No dental No 401k Last resort for survival. It's one of those places where you do not move forward or backward.

    Advice to Management

    You should pay according to skill and effort and everything else will be in order.

    Work schedule is good. Mon-Fri 9 am to 5 pm. Weekends off.

    Cons

    It is a growing company. Not professional at all.
