    Pros

Excellent benefits, excellent training plans, highly approachable management, very flexible policies to aid employees

    Cons

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

This is one of the oldest IT companies and has lots of opportunities to at least pick up one hot area of technology and bounce back. Unisys is entrenched into many facets of technology and one innovative idea can propel it into a billion dollar business!

    Current Employee - Network Engineer

I have been working at Unisys full-time

    Pros

The work environment is excellent - so much to learn about networking. They'll bring in people who may not have the most experience because they'll accept a lower starting rate - it's how the contact is structured. It's not the company's fault, and the education and exposure makes you more profitable for your next career. The company is understanding and leaves you alone as long as you do your job. Great starter job / 2nd job.

    Cons

Salary is low after 2-3 years of working here, and due to the structure of our contract, bonuses and raises are slim to never.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Find a way to make employees feel more important - then you won't have so many leave to get higher paying jobs.

    Pros

Its a great place to get your foot in the door starting in the IT field, the pay was very decent and they were very patient with the training. I had all the tools I needed to help clients and increase my own knowledge.

    Cons
