    Pros

Great people with a lot of institutional knowledge of the business. Company has proactively been taking down costs in hopes of becoming more competitive and growing profitable revenue.

    Cons

Company has failed to grow profitable revenue.

    Advice to Management

This is a company ripe with talent ready to join another great company where they can share and grow their talents.

    Pros

Other than being without a job, I can't think of any positive attributes this company has.

    Cons

Terribly managed company, all the way from the bottom management (ESPECIALLY the lower management) to the top. Worst case of bottom-line mentality I have ever experienced working for a company. No prospect for growth. High stress. Very low pay.

    Advice to Management

Invest in your employees. Trust your employees. Do SOMETHING positive for your employees. At least PRETEND to care about your employees.

    Pros

The overall pay is satisfactory for the position. They offer flexible schedules.

    Cons

The benefits package. Often management seems to be poorly prepared to offer any assistance with many of the accounts. Having to do the work of a Tier 2 agent while not receiving the compensation. Being expected to be able to work up to 9 queues simultaneously.

    Advice to Management

Be prepared. Have the ability to give team members the tools that they need to work before they begin working an account, rather than months later. Offer training that is consistent and meaningful. It doesn't help to train on an account and then not work it until 6-9 months later, yet still be expected to remember the training.

    Pros

Build great relationships with intelligent co-workers. Company has strong history, and is global which attracts good people.

    Cons

There is no defined vision for this company. Since my tenure it is as if they are fighting to stay above water. Departments are fragmented at best and there is little concern for people evident in the constant readjustments and layoffs.

    Advice to Management

Look at the lower to mid level to provide feedback given their fresh ideas in the company. Begin to value your people and your people will begin to value you.
